International Day of Older People Celebration
Event added by Upper Valley Staying Well Service
Join us on Thursday 8th October at Hope Church Hebden Bridge 10-1pm for a free fun filled few hours celebrating the wonderful movement and dance sessions available for older people in the Upper Valley - we have five fabulous facilitators lined up who will be running taster sessions of their regular classes. Line Dancing, seated movement, Dance to Dolly and the fabulous Chance To Dance Disco. We'll have refreshments on tap to keep you fuelled up through the morning. We're looking forward to welcoming you! Please see the flyer attached.
