Staying Well in The Upper Calder valley supports people 18+ to feel lass lonely and isolated and more connected to their community.   Staying Well Workers link community members to activities and groups in the locality to support their health and wellbeing.  The Personalised Cancer Support Worker provides non-medical emotional and social support for anyone affected by cancer.
