Rachel Pilling is a multi-disciplinary movement practitioner with a passion for running, wellbeing, nature and community. With over 15 years’ experience in education and community-based projects, she blends her background in sport, dance, yoga and massage therapy to create inclusive, holistic spaces for people be proactive about self-care and to connect with their bodies and the natural world.
