IMT FOREVER CIC

Inspire. Motivate. Transform is a trading name of IMT FOREVER CIC, a community interest company with a social purpose, to support and invest in local communities to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.

Our vision is to work as an essential partner to help overcome local challenges relating to physical inactivity, mental wellbeing, social and community cohesion and individual development. We see ourselves as the stepping stone to greater things. 

We offer a regular, daytime timetable of bespoke exercise, movement and dance classes aimed at older adults and run workshops and events throughout the year.
