These classes are designed for older people who want to keep moving, to remain independent and enjoy social contact.
Our space is relaxed and friendly and we welcome all abilities.
Open to the whole community.

We can welcome you at the main door and take you to the community room to meet the rest of the group. Carers / family support can join in the class for free with the person they care for.
