Calder Valley Community Land Trust

CVCLT has enabled 11 affordable rented homes in the upper Calder Valley with a further 22 planned for 2026.

We hold land and property that benefits the community. This includes the creation of the 22 office building, Tod Works (due July 2026) and acting as custodian of Fielden Hall, a community building in Todmorden and bringing Hebden Bridge Signal Box to life in 2026 as a heritage attraction and holiday let.

We are a community-led organisation and would love you to help us deliver more good things for the upper Calder valley.
