Wainsgate Dances are delighted to have choreographer and performer Seke Chimutengwende performing a solo improvisation at Wainsgate - Seke is a virtuostic performer who has worked internationally performing with the likes of DV8, and currently touring with Forced Entertainment

Moving between dance, poetry, stand-up, storytelling, philosophy and politics, Seke performs without any pre-planned structure or theme, preferring to find both in the moment of performance, so come for an evening of the delightfully unexpected with this brilliant performer.

One of ‘the nice guys’, he’s an engaging, funny and likable talent who even has the young children and babies in the audience spellbound- no easy feat for any performer.”
