A growing movement is pushing back against fences and demanding greater access to the countryside. Through bold mass trespasses, Right to Roam activists collide head-on with country landowners who insist they are the true stewards of the land. Weaving together past and present, the film exposes deep-rooted tensions between public access, private ownership and environmental care. Passions run high as space is given to both campaigners fighting for freedom of access and landowners defending their vision of stewardship. Our Land poses a fundamental question for our time: who does the land really belong to?
