Background

LUTV started life in 2021 as a partnership between the Rotary Club of Hebden Bridge, Hebden Royd Business Forum and Hebden Royd Town Council plus others, to help both the community and businesses alike in HX7.

Since then it has staged a series of free community events across HX7, from entertainment road shows to ice skating and is now the main supporter to HRTC for entertainment for their Christmas Light switch-ons in Mytholmroyd & Hebden Bridge. This now includes a 50 Stall Christmas Market, much praised Santa’s Grotto and both local and international stage acts.

For 2024 it has been decided that to move forward, LUTV should become a Community Interest Ltd Company (CIC) and we are now looking for people to become involved both in it’s management and as volunteers for staging it’s activities, as it seeks to continue it’s work within HX7.

With a commitment already to help this year’s Christmas Light switch-on’s and the opportunity to become involved with more HX7 community activities – we need your help NOW!

Contact info@lutvhx7.co.uk on how you can get involved!
