Drop in Weekly Meditation Sessions
Each session consists of two guided meditations and a short talk on the benefits of meditation and how to meditate
Followed by optional discussion and refreshments

Meditation makes the mind calm and peaceful, reduces stress and anxiety and improves mental and physical well being
Classes start Fri 6 June and will be weekly from then onwards
No special clothing required
Seating is on chairs
Sessions split into 2 parts for people who need to get back to work
