Peace & Cake Sound Baths
These special evenings are a chance for you to be fully held in the harmony of sound, in the most peaceful candle lit space. They are an opportunity for heart opening reconnection to yourself; allowing the body and mind to soften and the nervous system to unwind.
Each session includes:
A guided sound bath journey
Homemade cake
Fresh herbal tea
A small gift bag
A sharing circle to close
Peace & Cake is more than a sound bath — it’s a space to simply be, to breathe, and to be nourished in community.
Good to know
The large yet cosy space we will be in, is warm and peaceful.
Yoga mats, cushions and eye masks will be provided for you.
Please bring anything else to make your experience as comfy as possible ~
