Welcoming all women with or without dance experience to join this introductory session. Local trainer Sophia Hatch will introduce us to simple dances both traditional and recently choreographed, both lively + slow. Varied music from Bob Marley to Bach!
It’s about creating community; the joy and peace through the dance. Wear comfy clothes, soft flat shoes or bare foot and bring some water to drink.
