Whittling Workshops

In the lead up to Samhain and getting into the Halloween Spirit, why not book yourself in to whittle some spooky creations! We have THREE brand new workshops for you this month!

Whittle a witch 🧙♀️

It wouldn’t be the season if we didn’t have a little witch to whittle! Adorned with cape and pointy hat, these are a wonderful beginner carve for first timers, but a great one for seasoned carvers to practice some additional details

Whittle a Wizard 🧙♂️

Can’t have a witch without a wizard! These are slightly bigger than the witches, and would look great as a pair. You’ll whittle the whole wizard with a big pointy hat, a beard and a cloak.

Casual session - whittle what you want 🍃

There are too many spooky things to choose from and I unfortunately can’t fit them all into one month, so this session you can choose whoever spooky creation youd like, and I can guide you through it! Super creative and relaxed atmosphere at these, always my favourite sessions of the month.

Whittle a spooky ghost 👻

Similar to the ‘whittle a wraith’ workshop, but with more flexibility. We add folds into the fabric to make it look like it’s blowing in the wind, and we have the added option of adding little feet, turning the spooky ghost into a trick or treater with a blanket that’s slightly too small.

All the sessions at ‘The Big Tin Shed’ are pay as you feel as always.
