How is your relationship with your Mother? Good? Difficult? A mess? 

Our Mother is our very first connection to life, and this relationship forms our patterns of relating - to ourselves and others - and has a lasting impact. We may be aware of the more obvious difficulties and want to make them better. But there are also deeper, less obvious entanglements which can appear as symptoms - addiction, depression, negative paterns in your present relationships, illness and anxiety are just a few.

Systemic Constellations can help us to uncover the root causes of these patterns and set in motion deep-reaching changes and healing within ourselves.  

No previous experience needed to join - all you need is curiosity and an open mind. We will work in a small group and all work is confidential. All workshops are LGBTQ+ friendly.
