What HipHop has taught us: A special Alternative Sunday Sermon

Join Testament – acclaimed writer, rapper and record-breaking beatboxer –  as he explores what lessons we can learn from the explosion of Hip-Hop culture.

Hip-Hop is one of the most dominant music genres on the planet, from its early inception in the Bronx, New York, to the being numbers one in the pop charts, to being the global soundtrack to revolutions.

Today we find its influence everywhere, and Hip-Hop appears in education, theatre, dance, fine art, and even politics.

Expect live rap, beatboxing and looping – as well as a fascination guide through Hi-Hop history and what principles Hip-Hop can teach us about our lives.

And there’s even a section for you to join in on if you like.
