Thursday Evening Sound Baths at Spring Grove Stables

Join me for a beautiful evening of relaxation, rest and reconnection at the stunning Spring Grove Stables in Hedden Bridge.

I’m so excited to be bringing something new to my offerings with these special Thursday evening sound baths. We’ll begin with one evening a month, with the hope of expanding to weekly sessions next year.

Nestled in this peaceful setting, with cosy underfloor heating, candlelight and the gentle sound of the river nearby, it’s the perfect space to slow down, let go of the busyness of everyday life and simply be.

You’ll be invited to lie back, get comfortable and immerse yourself in the beautiful, soothing sounds of my singing bowls and magnificent gong. Allow the vibrations to wash over you, quieten your mind and offer you a little time just for you.

While these evenings will be a little different from my much-loved Peace & Cake gatherings, without the cake and gift bags, they’ll still be created with the same love, care and intention that goes into every space I hold.

With just 8 spaces available, each sound bath will be an intimate and nurturing gathering, allowing us to share this beautiful experience together.
