LGBTQ+ Walking Group: Hardcastle Crags

An LGBTQ+ walking and social event from Out In The Valley (OITV)

Join us for a return walk to Gibson Mill, Hardcastle Crags on Saturday 31st Jan @ 10am - meet at St Georges Square, Hebden Bridge between 9:45am onwards for a 10:05am set-off.

There will be two routes, one following the river which is a little more difficult, and one following the estate track which is a gravel path/track which is a more gentle and accessible route. Both routes will stop-off at Gibson Mill Cafe for refreshments for approximately 30 minutes, before setting back off on the return leg.

Both routes will be led by a guide and have the same meeting point. The two groups will split at Midgehole Car Park and re-group at Gibson Mill Cafe on the outward leg, and vice-versa on the return leg.

Well behaved dogs are welcome.

All under 18 musts be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

River walk:

• Elevation gain: 170m
• Estimated moving time: 1:45hrs

If you wish to join us from the Hardcastle Crags, Midgehole Car Park onwards you'd be welcome to do so. Please message the organiser and let us know and we'll be sure to wait and meet you at the Car Park before setting off to Gibson Mill.
