Drop in Weekly Meditation Sessions 

Each session consists of two guided meditations and a short talk on the benefits of meditation, how to meditate and how to let go of stress and anxiety 

12-12.30pm 

Meditation makes the mind calm and peaceful, reduces stress and anxiety and  improves mental and physical well being
