Kerri Daly, final year student medical herbalist, will guide a 2hr slow walk exploring the local plants and trees - getting to know them better and learning traditional and modern medicinal uses. There will be the opportunity to taste different preparations from some of these plants and plenty of time for discussion about all things herbal medicine!

- Weather appropriate clothes and comfortable appropriate shoes for a 2hr walk on uneven and (possibly) muddy ground
