July will see the wonderful Rebecca Slaven from Inspire Motivate Transform visit us!
Rebecca has been facilitating accessible and inclusive movement and dance classes for older adults through her social enterprise brand - Inspire Motivate Transform. These classes tailored to older adults use dance and movement as a fun and creative way to keep active, mobile and remain independent. Rebecca and her organisation have been involved in many local community projects that involve dance and she is always happy to run bespoke sessions and create new ones if there is a demand for it.
