HARVEST at Wainsgate: Pickle Making (Good for your brain and heart)

Spend an hour with designer Joe to have a go at a different way of pickling.

Joe will guide you through the basics of pickling before encouraging you to experiment with your own ideas, ingredients, shapes and flavours.

Rather than simply following a recipe, you’ll gain an understanding of the fundamental principles of preserving vegetables — and hopefully leave feeling inspired and confident enough to go home and experiment for yourself with this ancient, global and creative human activity.

£10 per adult and includes all ingredients

Each adult ticket includes free entry for one child to take part in the workshop.
