"The session was really intimate and calming, the guided breathing helped me to last longer & really immerse myself in the sauna and cold plunge. Afterwards I felt much more grounded and centred, enjoyed having a chat about it by the open fire with a herbal tea, hearing the birds and seeing the view at the top of the hill." - sauna guest, May 2026 (Tripadvisor)

Get ready to feel centred, relaxed, and completely zen at our guided breathwork flow-state sauna & cold plunge session.
