The Dance of Welcome

A series of creative workshops. Warmly held by Eve Emsley, somatic movement and dance practitioner. No experience needed. All welcome.

Join a series of creative, movement based workshops that will gently guide you into your body.

This will be a kind space. With openings for stillness, breathing, playing, tea, dancing, laughter and reflection.

Time:

Each session will run from:

12.15 Arrive and settle.

12.30- 2.30pm Creative movement session.

Drop in to one or two, or attend them all. Come along on your lunch break and stay for part of the session, if needed. Bring a friend, or come alone.

Participants are free to bring a notebook and pen if journaling/sketching in a creative space calls you, too.

You are welcomed fully, as you are. No movement experience needed.
