Join us to start your week off with mindful movement and relaxation.
You'll be guided through seated postures, standing poses, balances and forward folds, pairing movement with breath into a slow flow.
Develop strength, flexibility and carve out all important time for you.
Class is held at Wadsworth Community Centre, Billy Lane, Old Town, HX7 8RY.
There are a few parking spaces available in the car park in front of the building, otherwise there is lots of on street parking nearby.
Class starts at 5.30pm and ends at 6.30pm.
Please arrive 5 minutes before class starts to ensure you have everything you need before we begin.
If you have your own yoga mat, please bring it. There are mats available to use at the centre.
As we enter the colder months, please make sure you wear comfortable, warm layers and bring a blanket for relaxation at the end. Warm socks can be nice too but totally optional!
Please ensure your phone is switched off so that you can enjoy your practice.
Let me know of any injuries either before class starts or via the booking form when you book.
Please respect the silence during savasana or quiet reflection time.
