Join Moonfull and Pen & Pearl for a relaxed family morning of walking, spotting, playing, stories and music.

How it works:

Meet us by the skate park in Calder Holmes Park. We’ll head out on a gentle nature walk with lots for children to spot, discover and tick off along the way.

Our walks are no pick, no eat. Children won’t forage or eat wild food during the walk. We’ll bring a small number of carefully selected samples for them to explore safely.

Afterwards, we’ll head to Pen & Pearl for stories, live music, play and ice cream.

Bring a packed lunch to enjoy in the park, or buy food at Pen & Pearl.

This is a relaxed, family-friendly outdoor walk
Please dress for the weather and wear suitable footwear
For health and safety, we require at least 1 responsible adult for every 3 children
Our walk follows a no pick, no eat approach
Children can take part at their own pace
Every adult and child attending needs a ticket
