As they navigate the complexities of teenage life and social activism, three young campaigners uncover a powerful, largely unremembered chapter of women’s history – Greenham Common Women's Peace Movement. The largest action since the suffragettes saw 30,000 women protest against nuclear armament to eventually gain an extraordinary victory after a 17-year campaign. Yet these young activists had never heard of it. Through animated intergenerational dialogue and a 110-mile march over nine days, they retrace the steps of the original 1981 Greenham protesters. The film bridges past courage and present hope, speaking to the urgent need for action and change.
