Merchant Ivory is a feature documentary film produced and directed by Stephen Soucy in collaboration with Oscar-winner, Director and Screenwriter, James Ivory.

Merchant Ivory were renowned for their stately period dramas, but the turbulent reality of their sets is at odds with the beautiful images they created on screen. In the new documentary, MERCHANT IVORY, director Stephen Scoucy speaks with the filmmaking duo's collaborators, from Helena Bonham Carter to Hugh Grant, about the making of their era-defining films.

Films included MAURICE which had a gay theme at the centre of the film.
