A group of local gardens opening for charity. Come along for a look, a chat, and some cake.
Take the chance to immerse yourself in the scenery of the upper Calder Valley. The gardens are best visited on foot. The closest garden to Hebden Bridge can be reached by a 25 minute stroll along the canal towpath from the town centre, and reaching the rest of the gardens takes a further 15 minutes through beautiful woodland with stunning views.
Charlestown can be reached from Hebden via a pleasant 25 minute stroll along the canal towpath, or using the buses which run towards Todmorden. The gardens are linked by a walking route. Visitors should be aware that parking is not available. All gardens and the walking route contain steps and uneven ground. Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome.
