A Well Educated Menopause

Event added by Well Educated

This gentle morning workshop aims to educate and resource you to understand your wellbeing through the menopause process. We will consider the psychology (mind) and somatics (body) of perimenopause and menopause. You will leave with knowledge and tools to empower and support. This workshop is for you wherever you are on your menopause journey. You can participate as much or as little as you like; there are no expectations. Come as you are. Amelia Brunt is a qualified therapeutic menopause coach with both Red School and The Menstrual Coach Academy. Amelia is also an independent clinical supervisor for trauma informed practice, a trainer, speaker and writer. This workshop is not a substitute for medical advise nor is it therapy, though it is highly therapeutic.
